Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Available services and the final charge for your address are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next business day. We will email you when the order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the order.

Shipping charges

UK delivery is free for orders over £100. For orders of £100 or less, the applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before you complete the purchase.

Tracking

Orders are sent with tracking where the service provides it. Your dispatch email will include the tracking details available for your parcel.

Delays

Courier disruption, severe weather and unusually high demand can affect delivery estimates. If an order is delayed, contact us and we will investigate. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where delivery is late or does not take place.

Address changes

Check the delivery address carefully before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at thecowboyboots.uk@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Lost or missing parcels

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check with other members of your household, neighbours and the local delivery office, then contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
